Easter-Resurrection Cookies

Here is a great site for Resurrection Cookies.  We loved doing this several years ago. I lost the recipe and found it the other day.   The kids still talk about this and remind me how much they enjoyed it.  This is a great way to teach about the resurrection.

Another great thing to try and do with your kids this Easter season is a Sedar.  A Sedar is: "A Christian version of the Jewish Passover Seder, or ritual meal, modified for use in families. It is most effective in teaching children (and parents, too) the tradition of the Mass, a representation of the Last Supper of our Lord with his apostles, where He instituted the sacrifice of the Mass and the priesthood."

Here is site to walk you through one.  We took part in one with our church last year and loved it.  This is a great tradition and one we will try in our home this year.  It's a perfect conclusion to our study of the Isrealites for Bible study.
